Comment I've moved the aforesaid files to en.wikipedia, if somebody find this DR, you can find them nevertheless. Unfortunately we have to build borders through the Internet. :-( Ras67 (talk) 14:50, 1 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Work by Paul Boyer (1861–1952), undelete in 2023

I'm not totally sure, if Paul Boyer made these photographs personally. The term „Boyer & Bert“ seems to be the name of the studio. --Rodomonte (talk) 19:32, 6 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If all of these Sara Bernhardt images have to be deleted, don't forget this one: File:Bernhardt-Postcard-Puzzle-1906.jpg. The Sara Bernhardt images being deleted are combined in this file, showing the series of postcards published by Croissant in 1906 that creates a larger puzzle. They aren't simply photographs; doesn't their publication have some copyright impact? — WFinch (talk) 12:54, 7 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Keep The Victrola book of the opera, as published in NJ well before 1924 per Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Consolidated_list_Northern_America#United_States_of_America. -- (talk) 02:04, 8 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Keep The Victrola Book of the Opera was published in the U.S. in 1917, so any images published in that book should be kept. Regarding the Sarah Bernhardt puzzle postcard series, they were published in 1906 by Croissant, which is listed as the author. Images by several photographers are used in the design per the abbreviated credits in the margins. Copyright law of France seems to indicate that proprietary rights end 70 years after publication. And File:Mayer, Armand (Monde illustré, 1892-07-02).jpg is not a photograph by Paul Boyer; it is an illustration after a photograph by Paul Boyer, published in 1892. — WFinch (talk) 04:45, 8 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Keep Same reasons as above. Jospe (talk) 11:20, 8 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Ok there are some loopholes that make most of these OK. I came across this because my own upload, Onze Afgevaardigden 1913 and Onze Afgevaardigden 1909, is a Dutch publication that still isn't ok though. --Vera (talk) 14:03, 9 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: most per discussion, deleted a few where I could not find a reason why they are PD. --Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 11:52, 21 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
