I think you made a really good point that it’s actually easier to make a customer happy than to spend effort and money on recruiting new diners. My husband loves going out to have breakfast on Sunday mornings with our grandchildren. We always like to discover new restaurants that can make us happy and thus keep us there longer as regular customers.
